1. Feeding system:
Installed on the distribution box of the body, feeding through the screw, the speed is adjustable. The system consists of screw, silo, stirring fin, transmission system, etc. The function of the stirring fin is to prevent the material from being "overhead" in the silo and hinder the feeding.
2. Extrusion system:
The main part of the twin-screw extrusion system is the screw and the screw sleeve. The two screws are left-handed, mesh with each other, and rotate in the same direction. During the working process, the materials sticking to the screw are scraped and crushed, and pushed forward. The screw is composed of seven parts. During the pushing process of the materials, the mixing and extrusion capacity of the materials is increased, so that the materials increase the number of pairs of sleeves. The contact area of the cylinder is easy to absorb external heat, which is conducive to the maturation of the material. The screw is connected by a spline bushing to form a whole concentric screw. This connection method has good interchangeability, convenient assembly and disassembly, and easy replacement.
3. Rotary cutting device:
The rotary cutting device is composed of a motor, a tool holder and a pulley. The tool holder is fixed on the die body. The motor drives the tool holder to rotate through the belt to cut the material. The supporting molds of this machine are round hole shape, plum blossom shape, column shape, slice shape and so on.
4. Lubrication system:
This system is composed of a gear pump, an oil tank and an oil circuit, which forcefully lubricate and cool the rotating parts of the distribution box.
5. Transmission system:
The speed control system of this machine adopts frequency conversion speed control technology, which has reliable adjustment, large adjustment range and stable operation.
6. Heating system:
The heating system is divided into 3 areas, each area has two far-infrared heating coils, the power of each heating coil is 2KW, and the heating temperature of each area can be adjusted independently.
7. Control system:
Centralized control of all systems of the TSX series host, easy to operate, reliable control, and equipped with a variety of automatic protection devices and state indicating instruments.
