Extruded machinery and equipment have been widely used in the field of raw material pretreatment, and maintenance cannot be ignored. The following aspects must be grasped:
1. The extruding machine ensures that the oil in the main engine tank reaches the oil level. The oil pump must be started before the main engine is started. The oil pump can be stopped after the main engine has stopped to protect the main shaft bearing. At the same time, the main engine must be idling for a long time. Generally, it does not exceed 60 seconds.
2. Extruding machine must ensure that there is no rubbing sound between the screw and the inner wall of the expansion chamber when the main engine is idling or when the machine is turned on. If the expansion cavity is offset, the screw will frictionally collide with the expansion cavity during operation, which will greatly affect the service life of the screw. Even breaking the screw directly will make the production unstable and affect the output.
The expansion cavity needs to be adjusted every time the screw is replaced or the expansion cavity is disassembled. Adjustment method: The expansion cavity in the picture is fixed in a suitable position by the expansion cavity support, and the expansion cavity support can be adjusted up and down and left and right. The adjustment is done by 2 "horizontal limit bolts" on both sides and 4 in the up and down direction. Adjust the gap between the left and right directions evenly when the empty machine is adjusted. The upper gap is slightly larger than the lower gap (about 0.5-1mm). A ф195mm pressure ring can be installed as a reference; when the material enters the cavity, the screw will be slight There is floating so that the gap is basically the same without any rubbing sound. After the adjustment is completed, the nut on the limit bolt must be fixed.
3. When replacing the screw configuration of the extruding machine, do not knock the screw, expansion cavity, and bushing again. The end faces of the screw, pressure ring, bushing, and adjustment gasket must be cleaned, and the main shaft must be cleaned and coated with lubricating oil. For disassembly and assembly.
4. During the production process of the extruding machine, the continuous supply of materials must be ensured. Material interruption and sudden increase in material volume are likely to cause machine blockage, and the supply of steam must be relatively stable.
5. Extruding machine checks whether the actual current of the main machine is consistent with the current displayed by the ammeter, and regularly checks the tightness of the main machine belt. Generally, 29Kg is applied to the midpoint between the two pulleys to press down one of the belts, and the belt drops. 14mm (that is, basically the thickness of a belt) is appropriate, otherwise, it needs to be adjusted.
6. When the extruding machine of the extruding machine is accidentally blocked and the host cannot be started, it is recommended to solve it according to the following measures until the host rotates:
①. After disassembling the last section of the expansion cavity, jog the host.
② Use a special tool to put on the lever or remove the main motor shield, and manually rotate the main pulley in the forward and reverse directions.
③. If it still can't rotate, you need to disassemble the expansion cavity and try it until the material is cleaned. According to specific conditions, steam can be added to each jacket to increase the temperature of the expansion cavity and carbonize the materials in the cavity.
7. Lubrication of extruding machine equipment:
① The main bearing of the expansion cavity is lubricated with lubricating oil
Suggested lubricant name and code: ISO-VG68 bearing oil (room temperature ≥0℃)
ISO-VG32 bearing oil (-8℃≤room temperature≤0℃)
The bearing seat and the oil tank must be replaced with new oil regularly. The first oil change time is 500 hours of work. All the new oils are changed, and the oil is changed once a year thereafter. Please refer to the "TPH200 Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manual" for specific replacement methods and details.
② For other parts, inject grease once every 48 hours of work. Suggested grease name and code: calcium-based grease ZG3 (GB491-1987).
Other parts are mainly:
A. Bearings at both ends of the feeder housing (2 locations);
B. Conditioner motor (1 location);
C. Bearings at both ends of the conditioner shell (2 locations);
D. Main motors of extruded machinery and equipment (2 locations);
E. The filling port of the oil cup on the side where the feed puffing cavity is connected to the bearing seat (1 location);
F. Cutting device motor (2 locations).
8. Extruding machine maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the extruding machine and its surroundings
