The maintenance and maintenance of puffing equipment are summarized as follows:

(1) Lubricating grease should be added to the box bearing of the expanded equipment in time. After 500 hours of operation, all the lubricating grease should be replaced once. (A proper amount of grease should be added to the new machine before the operation, and the oil should be changed after 200 hours of operation.)

⑵The other bearing parts of the expansion equipment should be filled with grease regularly.

⑶ It is strictly forbidden to use hard objects and heavy hammers in the process of disassembly and assembly of the expansive equipment screws, screw sleeves and other vulnerable parts. It is strictly forbidden to place heavy objects or stand people on the expansion cavity. Imported pump valve

⑺ When the puffing equipment is shut down for a long time or is not used or the puffed materials are replaced, the materials in the puffing cavity should be cleaned to avoid agglomeration, mildew, or cross-contamination between materials.

⑻As the wearing parts near the discharge port wear relatively fast in the puffing equipment, the wearing parts at the end close to the feed port wear less, so when replacing the wearing parts,
