the fish feed production line:

mixer→Screw conveyor→Extruder→Air conveyor→Oven→Hoister→Flavoring Roller→Oil sprayer→cooling conveyor→Air Conveyor→AutomaticPacking machine

mixer:All raw materials must be in powder form,if not,whether a grinder machine is required.you can put the raw material like corn flour and rich flour here.and the water tank can add the water to the blender mixer automatically.and there are stiring wings inside,it can mix the raw material.and water evenly.

Screw Conveyor:The mixed materials can be conveyed in the stainless steel roller to the feeding machine (feeder) of extruder without any leaking, dusting and pollution; Feed quantity and speed is even and stable.

Storage bin:it has two functions.one is there are stiring wings inside,it can mixing inside. mix all the time to avoid the products sticking together ,and another it can prolong the temporary buffer time.and after storage bin,the material will come into the special equipment.Pre-conditioner maybe some customers want to add steam or fresh meat,this equipment can to do it.

Double screw extrusion unit:the double extrusion unit include the main motor,the oil pump the feeding system,heating system,and cutting system.and also the extrusion system.and you can see the cutting system,you can change the shapes by changing the molds here.you can change different shapes.

 vibrating machine:the function is to distribute the products and avoid the products sticking together.

Air conveyor conveys:the food relying on the wind-force from the blower.  Low energy-consumption, high efficiency. 

De-mositure dryer:  a part of the moisture can be removed out.we  add the mesh cloth,and the drawer can collect small pieces.
