2. Food extruder screw: It is the main component of the extruder. The parameters of the screw structure include diameter, pitch, root diameter, and screw.angle and blade section structure. The length-to-diameter ratio of the extruded parts and the clearance between the screw and the inner wall of the expansion cavity also have a great influence on the performance of the extruder.After a reasonable combination of these parts, a food extruder is formed, so that it can operate normally.
